Eugene Working in the Bedroom

As I was getting supplies to finish a couple of things on the RV I left Eugene behind so he could tie up a few things in my absence.  Upon my return I caught him working in the bedroom.  As you can see in the photo he is hard at work "catching flies".

After Eugene was finished "working" in the bedroom we started the installation of the water fill hose to the fresh water tank.  It went very well but before we finish the installation we will paint the area around the water tank first and get it ready to go.  Once the paint is dry we will go ahead and install the hose and secure the tank in place so we close it up and get on with the cupboard and shelving above.

This was just a quick visit today as we had other things to do that also required our time so we only spent about an hour in the RV.  I know there is still a lot of work to do but I really am appreciating what I can do once the RV is ready for the road.

Oh, the other day I fired up the RV, turned on the lights and subsequently left them on after shutting her down and two days later when I go to fire up the RV - - - nothing happens.  The second battery that is 100% dead, cannot get it to charge at all.  Yikes!

Depending on a phone call tomorrow, I will be calling a mobile RV Service to book an appointment for them to come and take a look at the engine and mechanical systems so I can get that under way as well.  I want the RV to be safe for the road before the year is out.  I hope that TLC RV Services is worth the call.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Camping!
