Talents to take on the Road

So as I develop my plans to move into RVing full time I am taking stock of my talents that I can bring on the road with me so I can support myself while touring the continent.  You see I am doing this way before I am even eligible to retire and with very little money in my savings account so I will need to pay my way as I go.

Back in 2004 I set up my own little home-based handcrafted greeting card business, Odds n Ends Scraps & Crafts (Odds n Ends) and have been doing very little with it until now.  Over the past several months I have been busy creating greeting cards I hope to sell as I travel throughout Canada and the US.

Another talent I plan to take on the road with me is ventriloquism.  I have been practicing on and off for the past year so that skill is building up and will lead me into a traveling ventriloquial roadshow.  I am also refreshing my playing of the clarinet so that I can entertain while on the road and perhaps record and sell CD's of my playing while out in the wilds of North America.  Lastly, I will also read and interpret the Tarot as in becoming a Tarot card reader.

These skills coupled with my blog and other writing projects I hope to be able to, no I will support myself and pay my way around North America whether it be in St. Johns, Newfoundland-Labrador, Fairbanks, Alaska, Sedona, Arizona, or Playa del Carmen, Mexico I will have the money to eat, fill the tank, and sight-see wherever the road takes me.

Edith and Eugene are preparing themselves for their grand entrance some time in the new year.

Until next time, bye for now!
