Time For A Few Photos

As promised here are some photos of the work David did on the RV over the weekend.  Eugene and I were out of town, back in Ventura visiting family and friends.

I think David did a pretty good job working by himself on this.  He was even asked for advice by another RV owner on how to do some repairs to his rig.

Next time we will all visit the rig pitch in to do some of the ongoing work.  Likely, Eugene will do what he does best. . .sleep.  No, he actually can work quite hard and will surely find something he can do.  I know.  Eugene can install the trim, he's very good at that.

Actually, we might get there as soon as this Friday. . .but no promises.

Again, please accept our heartfelt thanks for stopping by to take read of our blog.  We really appreciate your visits and look forward to getting on the road with the rest of you.

Happy RVing!

Paint, Wallpaper, Cleaning and Waiting

So much waiting. I'm tired of waiting for the guys to get on with the repairs to the RV but David has his reasons for waiting so waiting it is. I'm ready to get going with the interior cleaning and redecorating but it only makes sense to do it once the outside is repaired and the RV is sealed up and leak proof otherwise our work could be for nothing if it gets wet from a watery leak. I guess I'm not completely ready since we still need to get the wallpaper either from the online source or somewhere locally. The paint of course, will come from Home Depot as we already have a couple of small cans from there that we are using on the cabinet doors.

My study's are going well since I have so much free time on my hands these days that allow me plenty of time to meditate and work with my cards and crystals. This is a good thing really as it is clearing my mind thus allowing me to develop an idea of sorts, a mental picture of how I will do my work in the small space that an RV offers. Our dinette table will be serving many purposes other than being a place for meals.

David will be using the dinette table to make handcrafted cards and Eugene now that he has discovered that he can pursue his hobby in an RV will soon enough be using it as a workbench and I will be using it for my spiritual pursuits. Hope we can manage to share it otherwise I will need to kick them both out of the RV to pursue their interests out of doors.

Just a quick note here to let you know that we are still around and we will surely be posting a lot more once we get the repairs under way so keep hanging in there as we appreciate you all very much!
