Edith and I are busy reading books, magazines, blogs, and maps as we continue to prepare for life on the road. Since the weather is less than co-operative these days unfortunately not much is getting on the RV these days. David has a job to contend with as well as other things that life throws at him so the hours in the day are never enough to really get any work done on the RV. So we sit here to dream and plan about and for life on the road.
As we did some research on the net we came across TLC RV Services and are considering giving them a call to ask them to come out and take a look at the RV if they are willing to do work within the confines of a storage lot that is. This could be a tricky situation but if it comes down to it we may see if they have a physical location where we can take the RV so they can look at it there. When we visited their internet site it just seemed right to give them consideration for doing work on our RV. A couple of other places just didn't have that feeling that this could be the place to get RV repairs done at so we are glad that we waited and that this new repair shop came to light.
We are hoping that they (TLC) can do all the work that needs to be done for a price that fits our budget otherwise we are seemingly going to be stuck between a rock and a hard place as we do not where to turn if we cannot afford these things. As we are all aware money is tight these days for all concerned and it is no different for us whether retired or not. And as many of us know owning and RV does equate to one being wealthy and the age of our RV (22 years old) should spell that out very clearly.
