These are the two wallpapers we ordered for the kitchen/dinette and bathroom and bedroom. We thought long and hard on what we would like to hang in the RV and these two won out over the others. Hopefully when they arrive we still like them and even more so we definitely hope we like them after we hang them on the walls.

Well starting on the 15th of August we shall be doing our best to get repairs started on the RV. We will start with giving the RV and good cleaning with a power washer and then go from there. As part of the repair process we will buy one hundred feet of nylon rope in order to more effectively wrap the RV in the tarp that is not working well with the bungee cords. During a visit there the week before last the tarp was blown mostly off the RV and as a result of the bungee cords letting go like they did we lost a rear turn signal and a reflector was also ripped off the rear bumper.
We had to visit the RV because we received a call from the folks at the storage lot that a window fell out of the RV. A light bulb went off during that call because as part of the investigation into the leak in the front corner of the RV we removed one of the inside trim pieces for one of the windows and forgot to put it back in place. So over the last month with all of the heat I guess the butyl tape gave way and the window fell out as a result. The inside trim is screwed into the window so nothing other than the butyl tape was holding the window in but no harm done as the window did not break and it was easy to get back into and temporarily secure in place. Other work needs to get done before we properly install the window.
We are excited about starting the repair process and get it complete as we will be that much closer to moving into the RV. What we would like to do is repair as quickly as possible the leak and walls inside the RV so we have sufficient time left to bring the RV in for service as they may need a week or more to get the work done so we shall see what we can get done in the two weeks we have to ourselves.
More to come. . .
